“When Karen walked into the meeting room, we immediately sensed her positive energy. It brought out the best in us all: We felt more upbeat, more energized and more ready to tackle difficult decisions. Her facilitation structure helped us resolve differences in new ways. Her open and friendly manner made everyone feel that they were welcome to share their ideas.”
